My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location by the Dead Sea was fantastic, perfect for relaxation. While the staff were generally friendly and made an effort during celebrations, the old infrastructure and slow service at breakfast left much to be desired. Additionally, the pricey indoor pool access was disappointing, especially when the beach was too rough to enjoy.
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel with its fantastic location right by the Dead Sea and a beautiful private beach area. The rooms had lovely sea views, but the cleanliness could use some improvement. While the staff was very friendly and accommodating, my experience at breakfast was rather chaotic, which detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay. Overall, it’s a great place for a relaxing getaway with family.
